DESCRIPTION:The 2023 MOJA Arts Festival is scheduled for September 30 through October 10\, 2023. \nThe MOJA Arts Festival celebrates African Americans and people of Caribbean heritage and their tremendous contributions to arts – from literature and music to dance and theater.
