It’s an opportunity to see Charleston from a different perspective while learning more about the people\, places\, and preservation efforts that have shaped the city. \n2026 Highlights\nHouse & Garden Tours\n Explore distinctive Charleston neighborhoods and residences\, including: \n\n20th Century Streetcar Suburb: North Central — October 10\nSouth of Broad Classics — October 17\nOld Village\, Mount Pleasant — October 24\n18th Century Downtown — October 30\n\nInsider’s Architecture & History Tours\n Go inside buildings and residences that are seldom open to the public\, led by professional historians and architects. Tours include the Garden District\, Broad Street Commercial\, and Behind the Big House. \nWalking Tours\n Explore Charleston’s architecture\, alleyways\, Revolutionary history\, Black history\, historic neighborhoods\, and more with professional guides. \nTickets & Information\nTour prices vary by experience. House & Garden Tours are $75 for Preservation Society members and $100 for non-members\, while Insider’s Tours are $125 for members and $150 for non-members.
