The kitchen is fully stocked and offers a pass through to the dining side where the dining table overlooks the living room. A 1/2 bath is conveniently located off the kitchen.
The bedrooms are on the lower level. Each is appointed with high quality bedding and the baths are completely renovated. The master bedroom is on the creekside with a king bed, flat screen TV, open deck with views! The bathroom is beautifully updated with a custom tile shower. The second bedroom with queen bed offers trendy finishes and a full, renovated, en suite bath. The washer/dryer is located in the downstairs hallway.
One well-trained doggie of 35 lbs or less is welcome to join you. Please indicate size and breed at the time of booking
The screened porch off the living room is our favorite place for morning coffee. Listen to the oysters cluck. Dolphins may often be seen meandering through the creek. There is even an open garage where you can store your beach and fishing gear! Creekwatch Villas have a private pool for guests of this community too.

As for the house, it was very clean, nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. We LOVED the bedrooms (especially the guest room) and the bathrooms. The views are great and the sun porch was the perfect place to start and end the day. We are not big TV watchers but I will say we did enjoy the large smart TV the couple movie nights we had.
The kitchen was well appointed. The only thing we did not find was a 9x13 pan so we went and bought one. We cooked a lot and it had pretty much everything we needed. The garage was great to store our bikes. We brought 2 and rented 2 from Alligator Rental (they were wonderful to work with).
We had to call the rental company about a couple things during the week and they were immediately responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend them and use them again in a second!
A couple notes that may help anyone coming: There is in fact a hairdryer there (we were not expecting that), they also supplied hand soap, bath soap, toilet paper (enough for 4 of us for the week), a roll of paper towels, DW det, dish soap, and garbage bags. All things we dragged the 800 miles because past rentals did not supply. That was a VERY nice touch and another reason we would recommend. It is the small touches that make a place stand out.
A couple things that did not take away from the trip but would be nice: The deck off the master has only one hard plastic lounge chair. Chairs to sit and enjoy the deck would be nice. Neighbors had a table so they could eat out. Master bedroom window did not have a blind and it would have been nice for sleeping in (not needed for privacy).
