As for the house, it was very clean, nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. We LOVED the bedrooms (especially the guest room) and the bathrooms. The views are great and the sun porch was the perfect place to start and end the day. We are not big TV watchers but I will say we did enjoy the large smart TV the couple movie nights we had.
The kitchen was well appointed. The only thing we did not find was a 9x13 pan so we went and bought one. We cooked a lot and it had pretty much everything we needed. The garage was great to store our bikes. We brought 2 and rented 2 from Alligator Rental (they were wonderful to work with).
We had to call the rental company about a couple things during the week and they were immediately responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend them and use them again in a second!
A couple notes that may help anyone coming: There is in fact a hairdryer there (we were not expecting that), they also supplied hand soap, bath soap, toilet paper (enough for 4 of us for the week), a roll of paper towels, DW det, dish soap, and garbage bags. All things we dragged the 800 miles because past rentals did not supply. That was a VERY nice touch and another reason we would recommend. It is the small touches that make a place stand out.
A couple things that did not take away from the trip but would be nice: The deck off the master has only one hard plastic lounge chair. Chairs to sit and enjoy the deck would be nice. Neighbors had a table so they could eat out. Master bedroom window did not have a blind and it would have been nice for sleeping in (not needed for privacy).
