This adorable Bohicket Marina villa is an excellent choice for a one bedroom waterfront retreat!
LIVING/DINING
This villa feels like a full time residence it is so comfortable and well appointed. Enjoy upscale living area furnishings, a large flat screen SMART TV for streaming your favorite shows. The living room sofa pulls out into a sleeper. The kitchen is renovated and features granite counter tops, custom cabinets and stainless appliances. Enjoy dining in, preparing delicious Lowcountry favorites! The stacked laundry center is off the hallway near the 2nd bath.
BEDROOM/BATHS 1/2
The spacious bedroom is also freshly updated with wood flooring, plantation shutters and upscale furnishings. Restful nights begin with the high quality bedding and a high quality king mattress. A second flat screen TV is in the bedroom. The master bath features a double vanity and large tile shower. A second full bath with stall shower offers convenience to guests using the sleeper sofa in the living room.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The sliding glass door leads to the covered patio with tranquil views of Bohicket Creek, the marina and a huge, majestic live oak tree. You can walk down to the shops and dining at the marina from your villa. The community pool is a very short walk from this villa. (currently not available for guest use due to COVID) This is our only 1 bedroom villa with covered parking.

view and we were able to walk down to the marina for
breakfast or have dinner & listen to live music while also enjoying the sunsets. The weather was

The unit #1938 is nicely appointed and furnishings are in above average condition. I'd prefer a regular height dining table as opposed to the high-top table which may pose difficulty to children and elderly. Unit is on main 1st floor so use of the patio is not as pleasant as a 2nd level with deck and unobstructed views. The marina's private pool is a big plus. Its in very good condition and infrequently busy so its a nice spot to relax after a day at the beach.
PH-Exclusives is a fine property manager and in my opinion offers a higher quality property portfolio than its local peers.
Overall, #1938 is a good choice.
