The two story layout features a reverse floor plan. The living area, kitchen, study/media room and outside covered loggia encompass the upstairs level.
When you enter the home you are captivated by the light, openness and natural tranquility that surrounds you. The abundant floor to ceiling windows, transom windows and multiple doors offer spectacular views of the marsh, golf course and ocean peaks.
The warm Ipe flooring and ultra modern kitchen and baths offer a rare combination of upscale, urban luxury at the beach . Coupled with high end designer finishes this home is a unique treasure on the island.
A private elevator offers guests great convenience with luggage and groceries.
Discriminating guests will admire the gourmet kitchen with Gaggeneau gas range and Subzero refrigeration. Abundant cabinets and counter space inspire chefs of all ages. The butler pantry and wet bar area offers additional cabinets, an icemaker and beverage refrigerator.
The powder room with glass infused concrete counter top feels like a luxury hotel. The dining table is a custom design of the owner comfortably seating 8 guests for in house dining.
The living room offers captivating views of the expansive marsh. Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating and gather for a movie on the large HDTV with DVD player. Separate from the main house, accessed by the upper loggia is the study/media room. Enjoy relaxing here for quiet repose and quiet sanctuary. Curl up on the cozy sofa with one of many books available for guests to enjoy. Catch your favorite game or watch a movie on the flat screen TV.
The large laundry room is on the lower level with full size washer and dryer.

While the full walls of windows and doors make for incredible views, absent of any tint or shades, it is impossible to cool the top floor. Each day it reached 80 degrees and the AC could not recover until the following morning, only to reach 80 again by the afternoon. Made cooking and meals a little uncomfortable.
Overall, the house is incredible and with a few thoughtful additions to the non-master bedrooms, a little more thorough cleaning, and some resolution to maintaining cooler temps, this house would be the unbeatable rental in Seabrook.
Home is on the very upper end of rental homes in terms of floor plan and interior design
