The Seabrook Island Beach Club pools are a very short walk from this home.
This elegant, Lowcountry classic home was custom built and features 4 large bedrooms each appointed with a fully renovated, private bath. When you enter the home you are greeted in the grand foyer by marble tile flooring and a sweeping curved staircase.
Just ahead on the main level the huge living room has a large, flat screen TV and lots of comfortable seating for family gatherings. There is a game table too. The ocean views will lure you outside to the exceptional outdoor living space enjoyed by guests of this home.
Relax under the covered veranda with a good book, or gather for lunch on the oceanfront screened porch. Ceiling fans accentuate the ocean breezes.
The huge kitchen was recently renovated. It is complemented by a center island, large eat in area and accented with stylish black and white tile flooring. There is a convenient pass thru area to the dining room. The formal dining room enjoys ocean views and seats 8.
The master suite is located on the main level. Retreat to your large suite with king bed, private oceanfront screened porch and newly renovated bath. The custom renovations include a large, glass tile shower, deep soaking tub and double vanity.
The second bedroom on the main level features a queen bed and newly renovated, private bath for the 2020 season.
As you ascend the curved staircase to the second floor you will find the second living area and additional bedrooms. The upstairs den has a flat screen TV and two sofas and occasional chairs. The ocean views are amazing and there is a small deck for viewing.
Your third bedroom has a king bed, sitting area and newly renovated private bath with marble vanity and custom tile shower.
The fourth bedroom is a great kids room with two twin beds and a set of bunk beds. This bedroom also has a newly renovated full bath with custom tile bath/shower. Enjoy WIFI internet and the very best beach access available! Fido is welcome for an extra fee.

Suggestion for future improvement: a small
"cold drink" refrigerator addition. Kitchen
refrig. o.k. but crowded for so many guests.
Suggestions: Possibly a "drinks only" small refrigerator in great room. We had average of 5.5 persons per nite for 2 week stay. Kitchen refrigerator did well, but crowded for drink space. Also, forgot to mention before departure, hot water faucet in half bath difficult to turn off resulting in water, energy loss to owner.
Personal note: No dogs. I did not like to do dogwalk at 6:00 a.m.
We enjoyed puzzles every day and seeing the dolphins so close was a treat. We had our own polar bear plunge on New Year's Day.
A note: there were several nails sticking up on the walkway which need to be pounded down...little barefoot kids were cautioned to walk down the middle. Several lights were burned out and no instructions for the outside flood lights. All in all a great place for family fun.
happy to report Seabrook Exclusives seems to have earned top billing: Professional, courteous, accommodating.
With a view like 3736 presents, we ate 90% of meals in house. Fortunately, the kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, etc. for food preparation. Sometimes rental houses are void of kitchen wares which is frustrating.
There was one absent commodity: lounge chairs for the deck. With rental fee and house size more than one outdoor lounge would have been
accommodating. No difference to me, but there were several sun-bathers on the guest list.
Seabrook Island: noticed more folks driving a bit faster than limit (workmen especially)....should patrols be increased?
