Just prior to the first guard gate is a quiet Kiawah neighborhood, literally off the beaten path. As you take a right past the old General Store, this private enclave of cottages sits right along the banks of the Kiawah River. Inlet Cove is a hidden jewel- complete with a community pool, dock and its own secluded walk way to the beach.
This newly updated 3 BR/ 2 BA cottage offers 1300 sqft of living space and an open floor plan throughout. Enter to the dining room with comfortable seating for 6. The dining room opens to the spacious living area which has been updated with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room with additional seating for a casual breakfast. The master bedroom is separated from the other 2 guest rooms offering plenty of privacy. It has a queen bed, private bath, TV and access to the open deck. The additional guest rooms offer a queen bed and 2 twin beds. They share a jack and jill bath. The screened porch overlooking the tropical foliage is a great place for an evening meal or morning cup of coffee. Propane grill is available for guest use! Recent updates include new entry stairs and deck, smooth vaulted ceilings in the living room, hardwood floors and fresh interior paint.
Any day, the view of the Kiawah River from the community pool's elevated deck is spectacular - a great place for sitting and watching the dolphins play, kayakers enjoying the water or catching up on the latest beach read.
Inlet Cove is a 20 minute bike ride to Freshfields Village and the Sanctuary. A great location for families or nature lovers, these spacious, 3 bedroom cottages are not ones to be overlooked. Pool is open April- October and is not heated.

Inlet cove August 2019
Just as we expected... met our needs and wants exactly
nice vacation rental
We spent a week with kids and grandparents. Rental was clean and the kitchen well equipped for six persons. It is also roomy enough. Location is nice, close to the beach and has a nice neighborhood pool and dock too. Only drawback was the seating in the living room, which was not conveniently arranged and did not offer comfortable seating for everyone. But we also did not spend much time there. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Overall a very nice rental experience.
Manager Response: Hi Lara, thank you for reviewing your stay at 105 Inlet Cove. We're glad you enjoyed the location and had a nice experience. We appreciate your note on the living room furniture and will take that in to consideration. We hope you're able to return to Kiawah again soon!
Our vacation was terrific and we were so happy to skip the check in and go straight to our villa after a very long drive. There were plenty of plates, cooking utensils and cookware. Everything was perfect and in working condition. Highly recommend.
105 Inlet Cove
House well maintained. Kitchen supplies one of the better ones that we have found in the past 30 years. Easy access to the beach.
Property suited all our needs and more!
I loved the cottage and the relaxing atmosphere of the cove. Enjoyed the convenience of the Freshfields Market that had everything needed for the stay. I look forward to returning.
Clean and Convenient
We stayed at 105 Inlet Cove the week of 8/12/17. The unit was clean but was not updated, i.e., the kitchen and bathrooms had formica countertops and ceramic tiles. This was not an issue for our family as the most important thing for us is cleanliness. And this unit was clean upon our arrival. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. This is our 3rd time vacationing in Kiawah Island and we have always rented in Inlet Cove due to its pool access, proximity to the beach, and it's proximity to Freshfields - easy bike ride! I would recommend this unit for rental. The associates at Pam Harrington were very professional. This unit is located on the West beach and not necessary to drive through the front security gates. Golfers may want to rent on the East beach were many of th homes are on golf courses.
Very easy to work with place was clean
Mother's Day Weekend at Kiawah Island
We enjoyed the home very much, including the décor that was sophisticated and comfortable. The house was perfectly clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed the pops of color that added charm and interest . There were supplies, such as laundry detergent, provided that we found most helpful. We could suggest that a bit updated toilets be installed in each bathroom. Another idea that we might suggest would be to install a pocket door on the Jack and Jill bathroom, but neither of these suggestions would prevent us from returning again. We most definitely would return. We enjoyed the screened porch where we spent a lot of time when we were in the cottage.
We liked the neighborhood and the easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The grounds around the homes are well maintained and the neighborhood is quiet.
We found Pam Harrington's staff to be very professional and willing to please us. The kitchen worked well for preparing a couple of meals, with nice cooking utensils and gadgets for our use.
Thank you for a lovely weekend!
Great location, needs a little exterior work
The unit was fine, well stocked except no cookie sheets and had to call PHE to get a hairdryer delivered. Also one of the dining area chairs was broken, and one chair in the master bed had a chunk missing. Rugs needed to be cleaned as well. Exterior stair lights, only one worked which was dangerous at night, and I actually replaces the bulb in the exterior door light myself to be able to unlock the door in the dark. Also gutters full of pine needles and lots of insect webs all around the screen porch. Pool was great, especially deck area for sunset. Easy walk to beach. Very convenient to Freshfields. Kiawah as always, is a lovely place. Would stay in the area again, but maybe try a different unit. Outside lighting at night was a big safety concern on the steps.
Wonderful visit at 105 Inlet Cove
We loved the location and the cottage. It was a great vacation.
We will definitely be back. This was exactly the location and property type that we were looking for this trip. My family travels to Charleston every few months and we normally stay downtown. However, we were looking for something a bit more relaxed this trip. Great overall experience. Any minor negative can be overlooked by many positives!
A wonderful Weekend
We had a wonderful time. The rental was just what we needed. The cottage was cozy, clean and relaxing. It was also nice that it was so close to the beach access and the straw market. Your company was very easy and pleasant to make arrangements through. We liked that the key and information was mailed to us so that we could go straight to the cottage and start enjoying our stay. It was also nice being able to drop the keys in the drop box when leaving. The weekend was perfect. So much to do on the island. We can't wait to come back.
Spring Break on Kiawah
We have a house on Seabrook, but needed more room for friends and family so we rented in the Inlet Cove area for proximity to Seabrook and Bohicket Marina as well as access to both islands amenities.
Our friends new to the Kiawah/Seabrook area were impressed and pleased with all the islands have to offer. We had our boat that we just picked up from the dealer in Summerville so we were able to enjoy boating, golfing, tennis, bike riding and of course eating!
We had two maintenance items that needed to be addressed while we were there. Both were completed the same day we called them in.
The cottage was located close to Beachwalker Park so the the ocean was a quick walk away. It was too early in the season to use the pool.
Highly recommend the area and Pam Harrington Exclusives.
Loved Kiawah and Inlet cove.
Spring Break at the Beach
We love Kiawah and enjoyed a spring getaway. We have never stayed in this part of Kiawah and enjoyed it. The house was very nice. Very well equipped especially the kitchen. It included all the needed items to make us feel at home for the week.
The home seemed very roomy with lots of space for lounging and relaxing. with the bedrooms separated by the living room, we could enjoy an early morning cup of coffee while the teenagers slept in.
It was a bit more of a convoluted trek to get to the beach but that was fine as with the spring temperatures, we enjoyed the walk. The pool in the complex was awesome. We were able to enjoy some much needed sunshine.
The tv's could use an upgrade, but that was our only suggestion.
All in all a great week. The management company checked on us several times during the week to make sure we didn't need anything. This was a very nice touch.
We found our vacation home was exactly as it was described on-line. The area was quiet, clean, and very close to the beach. We were very satisfied.
Excellent property. Wonderful stay at Kiawah.
GREAT FAMILY PROPERTY
This was a perfect rental for our family. The access to the pool was wonderful for the kids. We could ride our bikes to the pool and be there in just a couple of minutes. The house was beautiful and was well maintained. The kitchen had all of the utensils, pots and pans, etc., that we needed. We would definitely rent again.
We'll Be Back!
Perfect in every way!
