Highlights include high-end furnishings and wonderful outdoor spaces- private pool, forever marsh views and expansive decks for year round al fresco enjoyment. The main living area is located on the 2nd level, with bedrooms on the first and third floors. A scenic 12 minute bike ride or 3 minute hop in the car will get you to the beach.

Beach parking is located just beyond the fire station on Ocean Course drive, using boardwalk 40 off Sandfiddler Ct. This home is quiet and peaceful - an ideal respite from the everyday hustle and bustle.

1st Floor- 3 bedrooms with private baths (1 K, 2 DBL, 2 DBL), cozy den with sliding door access to pool and deck, and laundry area. One full bath conveniently connects to the hall, just off the pool area.

2nd Floor- Main living area with flat screen TV, formal dining with seating for 10 and spacious kitchen with upgraded appliances. Outdoor living room / screened porch includes built-in grill station. Balconies span both sides of the home. Powder room located on this level.

3rd Floor- Master Suite with king bed, TV, sitting area and private balcony. Master bath includes his and her vanity, walk-in tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub. Twin bedroom located just across the hall.

Large, gorgeous marsh view home with pool.
This gorgeous, spacious home was clean, well maintained, and stocked with beach towels and all the kitchen necessities. The ice maker, gas grill, second fridge, and second dishwasher were useful amenities. Dinner on the screened in porch overlooking the marsh was a real treat. We spent 2 days playing in the pool because the house had everything required for a good time. The beach was a short drive followed by a 5 minute walk. We loved this home and will definitely be staying with Pam Harrington again.

Amazing home on beautiful Kiawah Island
We stayed here to celebrate our twin daughters college graduation and for a family reunion. The home exceeded our expectations in every way. Immaculately clean, designer furnishings and a kitchen equipped with every cooks tool you could ever need. We had a wonderful time - thanks!

Beautiful Home in Private Area
Our family really enjoyed this well appointed home and the pristine pool with a beautiful view of the marsh. The home is located in a less hectic area of the island. Although we stayed on a holiday weekend, the beach was comfortably populated. We had a few repair issues during our week and they were addressed. Everyone at the rental office was very nice and accommodating. We rented a golf cart and parked it in a beach parking lot right near the beach entrance. It worked perfectly, since the home is really too far to walk to the beach. We enjoyed biking, fishing and eating in the area during our visit.

Easter Week on Kiawah Island
We had the opportunity to spend Easter Week at 12 Falcon Point Road on Kiawah Island. My family and I can not imagine a better place to have spent this week. The home exceeded our expectations and we can not wait to stay again next year. The whole process using Pam Harrington Exclusives was polished and so easy; they made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect.

Best birthday week ever!
Great house. We had a perfect week and celebrated in the most beautiful place.
Would rent again in a minute. Kids rode bikes to the beach,pool was perfect. Plenty of rooms to have separate time when needed for work.

Ideal
12 Falcon Poin Rd is an ideal spot to spend a long weekend with your family. The house is well-designed, spacious, comfortable and elegant. The PH staff was helpful and responsive. The island is peaceful with beautiful scenery and the beach is spectacular.
