Pam Harrington Exclusives is a family-owned business started by Pam Harrington in 1978.

Our team is comprised of island owners and local residents who continue to operate under the day to day leadership of Pam.

Our business office serves guests and owners of Kiawah and Seabrook Island and is conveniently located just 1/2 mile from the traffic circle.

Guests may visit our location to obtain booking information, area guidance and concierge assistance. Upon departure, guests return keys directly to our staff and often book for next year!

We nurture these connections and value our returning guests as well as first time visitors.  Pam Harrington Exclusives offers emergency guest assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We perform detailed property inspections weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and our company maintains relationships with only the most reputably licensed and insured contractors who provide maintenance services.

Income accounting is a vital component of full-service management. We calculate and pay all required sales taxes.  We offer detailed monthly and cumulative annual statements and year-end 1099 statements that greatly assist our clients.
