This place was a great value. It was clean, bright/airy, very close to the beach & park, and roomy enough for 3 couples or a family of 6. Another bonus was every bedroom had a bathroom. Some drawbacks, kitchen is tight, condo a bit outdated, and master suite is open to the downstair living space. We had a late night bug infestation that came up really quickly, and Pam Harrington Exclusives came to the rescue. I was pleased with how they handled the situation. Overall, the experience was a good one.
Manager Response: Hi Linda,
We were happy to address the late night issue and take care of the problem quickly. Glad that you enjoyed your vacation here on Kiawah, and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Great short beach trip
Enjoyed our 2nd stay at this location. Very convenient in and out and short walk to the beautiful beach. Plenty of room for 3 couples though we only had 2 couples this time. The master bedroom is open(sound wise not visible) to the living room below, but we knew that ahead of time, so it wasn’t an issue. Great vacation!

The property was very nice, clean and had a lot of room. Returning next year to the same place (property)
SIMPLY PUT ` PAM HARRINGTON WAS THE ONLY PHONE CALL I MADE AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!
Manager Response: Michael, thank you so much for your review! We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to helping you plan your next visit to Kiawah.
We stayed for the Kiawah Marathon, we selected Pam Harrington for the expected perfect stay!
First Time Renter
We took a chance on PHE due to the outrageous prices Kiawah Island Rental. The pricing was on point and the condo was on par with a Kiawah property. I'm hopeful PHE will keep their prices in check and not lose their mind like Kiawah Island Rentals.
Excellent location (walking distance) to beach and Night Heron Park. Overall appearance was dated. But, kitchen was stocked well. The condo was clean and comfortable.
close to the beach, nice
Excellent for couple and four kids off-season
We go to Kiawah a lot, and particularly off-season this is a great location, triangulating between bike rental at Night Heron, the East Beach market, and the beach (3 min walk straight across street to one of the main boardwalk routes). The price is modest mostly because the outlook (basically to the parking lot) is poor. However, if looking for good location and two-floor place where kids aren't on top of each other (3 bathrooms was helpful), certainly have this place on your list.
it was very good
Quick trip for a wedding
We needed an inexpensive place to stay for a wedding weekend. The rental co. told us that this property had not been updated in 10 years but it was very comfortable and clean. Note that the master suite is large but has a high wall, not a wall to ceiling, as the 4th wall. Thus, you hear everything from the lower level.
Convenient to everything
kitchen update there is not enough equipment there , too basic.
good experience overall but the kitchen should =provide more utensils .
Iy is too basic.
We had a lovely stay in Kiawah. It was so nice that Pam Harrington Rentals called to see if we needed anything when we checked in and then again the night before we left. The furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed using the outdoor patio for cocktails at night. Having an end unit was also very nice--as well as being able park under the unit. I would say the kitchen is a little dated, but we did not use the stove--only the microwave oven. Windswepts location is ideal--it seems to be in the middle of Kiawah which makes walking and biking perfect. The unit is located across the street from the beach which we did not realize when we rented the property--although I am sure the map clearly showed this. It was not really a problem as we were only taking a chair and a towel to the beach each day.
Great location. Only issue we had was the open balcony between the living room and master bedroom. Not very private and difficult to sleep when watching tv or people talking in LR.
