Debra Jadwin is a licensed South Carolina real estate sales agent with Pam Harrington Exclusives, serving Seabrook Island, Kiawah Island, Johns Island, and the greater Charleston area. A Seabrook Island resident, Debra brings firsthand local market knowledge to her clients, drawing on a multidisciplinary background in communications, editorial design, and long-term and vacation rental property management.

Debra has lived up and down the east coast for most of her life and received her BA in Communication from the University of New Haven. She raised her family in a quaint Connecticut shoreline town, returning home to the Lowcountry in 2011.

Debra’s career has encompassed working in multiple industries including Radio, TV news, Editorial & Graphic Design and Talent Acquisition for an International Digital Signage firm. Her wide array of experience also includes managing long-term and vacation rental properties.

Debra is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

She currently lives on Seabrook Island with her spirited dog Zander. In Debra’s free time you’ll find her outdoors - biking, kayaking, fishing and exploring all the fun things Charleston has to offer. She thinks the Charleston area is a perfect place to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle!
