Your Guide to the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association

When you own a property or lot on Seabrook Island, you are never far from a great workout center.  The Seabrook Island Lake House is the envy of all island communities. This state-of-the-art clubhouse encompasses 26,000 square feet overlooking Palmetto Lake.

The indoor fitness center with a sparkling lap pool, cardio and weight area, and fitness classes will keep you in top shape.

Outdoors a large saltwater pool overlooks the lake and is a popular owner’s gathering spot. The kids love the playground area and basketball court.

  • Safety & Security

The entire island benefits from 24/7 security from SIPOA. The main gate is operated by the homeowner's association and is staffed at all times by SIPOA gate officers.

In addition, SIPOA staffs island patrol officers to aid residents in matters of traffic control, wildlife, and more.

  • Island Maintenance

Seabrook Island is one of Charleston’s most beloved barrier islands. All residents benefit from the island maintenance that SIPOA provides. They are responsible for maintaining Seabrook’s miles of beaches, parks, bike trails, boardwalks, paths, and lakes, as well as the crab dock and kayak launch!

Looking for a way to cool off without having to deal with the sand? No problem! Take advantage of the beautiful pool provided by SIPOA at the Oyster Catcher Community Center. Other perks of SIPOA include fitness and wellness classes at the Lake House as well as holiday gatherings and community celebrations.
