  • Fish Kiawah Island's lagoons and tidal creeks

As the waters begin to warm the fish are feeding heavily in the waters around Kiawah Island. Sheepshead and redfish dart through the waters inshore. The Kiawah River is home to an abundance of saltwater species including flounder, bluefish, and black sea bass.

There are several fishing charter captains serving the island and greater Charleston fishing enthusiasts.

  • Golf at Kiawah Island Resort

The Ocean Course on Kiawah Island is one of the world's most prestigious courses. March is a popular month for golf on Kiawah Island.

In addition to this famed Pete Dye track, Kiawah Island is home to Turtle Point Golf Course. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, this fun and challenging course has several holes that run along the Atlantic Ocean.  Osprey Point Golf Course features generously sized fairways and many lagoons, home to an array of tropical birds.
