Melissa Harrington-Lin is a licensed South Carolina real estate sales agent with Pam Harrington Exclusives, serving Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Johns Island, and the greater Charleston area. A second-generation Lowcountry real estate professional and lifelong Sea Islands resident, Melissa previously founded and led Seabrook Exclusives, a luxury vacation rental and property management company. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from UVA's Darden School of Business, and joins her mother Pam Harrington at the firm her family founded in 1978.

Melissa spent much of her childhood on Kiawah and Seabrook Island — a magnificent adventure. She ran the beach, rode her bike, fished in the ponds, and made lifelong friends among the many visitors who discovered the islands over the years. Growing up here, she gained a spirit of resourcefulness and independence, along with an appreciation for the nature and beauty that surrounds this place.

After graduating from the University of Virginia, Melissa ran and grew Seabrook Exclusives. With a strong team, it became a leading property management and vacation rental company. As more people fell in love with the area, she helped renters become owners and rental owners find their permanent homes.

Seeking to expand her knowledge, Melissa returned to UVA and earned an MBA from the Darden School of Business. Afterward, she traveled and worked abroad, but the pull of home ultimately prevailed. Returning to Charleston to work alongside her mother, Pam Harrington, felt like a natural progression.
