Melissa Harrington's connection to Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island is both personal and professional. Having grown up immersed in the island communities and her family's real estate business, she brings a lifelong understanding of the Lowcountry and the relationships that have shaped Pam Harrington Exclusives since 1978.

A graduate of the University of Virginia and its Darden School of Business, Melissa brings a strong background in entrepreneurship, business development, and international experience. Her professional accomplishments include founding and growing Seabrook Exclusives, further strengthening her understanding of the island market and the needs of property owners and visitors.

Melissa later returned to the Lowcountry, spending several years working alongside her mother, Pam Harrington. During that time, she gained firsthand experience in the day-to-day operations of the brokerage, further deepening her understanding of the island real estate market and the personalized approach to client service that has defined Pam Harrington Exclusives.

Now based in Taipei, Taiwan, Melissa maintains a meaningful connection to the family business as a strategic advisor and international point of contact. Drawing on her professional experience, international perspective, and longstanding ties to the islands, she helps connect prospective clients and contacts abroad with the brokerage's experienced local real estate professionals.

Her continued involvement reflects the personal relationships, independent spirit, and multigenerational commitment that have defined Pam Harrington Exclusives for nearly five decades.

Melissa is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
