On May 22, 2021, just after the PGA Championship at Kiawah Island, Pam Harrington passed the ownership of her rental divisions on to Allan Rowe, a Charleston, SC resident and owner of Sunset Management Company.
Pam Harrington Exclusives Rentals and Sales, as it was known for 43 years, is now Pam Harrington Exclusives Real Estate Sales. The rental divisions are named Kiawah Exclusives and Seabrook Exclusives under the new ownership.
“It is difficult to say farewell to all my owners and past rental guests, many of whom are second or third-generation partners and patrons, but it is time to pass on the responsibilities of vacation rental property management to a younger generation.
My only hope is that the new management team will love each owner and guest as much as I did and provide the detailed and exceptional service I so diligently tried and was able to provide.”
