Jump castles, magicians, and Southern lawn games are a few activities you’ll find. Remember to stop by the photo booth for a special family photo to commemorate your amazing vacation.
Start Your Weekend With a Spring Festival
Kids of all ages love attending Freshfields Village’s Spring Festival. It takes place the day before Easter and features plenty of fun for the whole family.
Your little ones can enjoy an inflatable jump castle, face painting booth, spring crafts, and more. The Easter Bunny also makes an appearance, so keep your camera at the ready.
You won’t want to miss the annual art show, which features works from the Seabrook Island Artist Guild. Best of all, admission is free.
Easter Egg Hunt and Toss
Bring the whole family to Night Heron Park for one of Kiawah Island’s most beloved traditions, the annual Easter Egg Hunt and Toss! The hunt begins at 10:00 a.m. on Easter Sunday with the egg toss immediately following. The Easter Bunny will be ready for photos at 9:30 a.m.
Enjoy Healthy Competition at the Kids Splash and Dash
What was formally the Kiawah Kids Triathlon is now the Kids Splash and Dash. This annual timed race happens the day before Easter and is open to kids ages 3 to 14.
There are three separate courses that vary by age group. All of the brackets include a swim in the Night Heron pool followed by a run.
After the event, your kids can unwind at the Color Party, which features color powders the kids can play with, DJ music, and some healthy snacks.
