About Deanna:

Deanna is a seasoned real estate professional with 20 years of experience and a deep toolkit of advanced credentials — CLHMS, CRS, RCS-D, ABR, SRS, GRI, RENE, PSA, AHWD. Deanna is also a NAR Instructor.

After owning a boutique real estate brokerage in Knoxville, TN, specializing in luxury properties, she followed her family’s longtime love of the Lowcountry, purchasing on Seabrook Island and becoming a full-time resident.

A University of Tennessee graduate in Animal Science and Biology, Deanna balances market expertise with heart: she and her husband, Norman — married 32 years — have two children, two grandchildren, and “too many” dogs thanks to years of work with rescue groups.

When she’s not advocating for others, you’ll find her tending her garden, strolling on the pristine beaches of Seabrook Island, or wrapped up in a great book!
