The 2023 Charleston SC 1/2 Marathon is scheduled for January 14th!

The 13th annual event is a Boston Marathon qualifier! The race begins at 7:30 am downtown. This is a truly unique way to experience downtown Charleston. The race passes by some of Historic Charleston’s noteworthy places: Hampton Park, The Battery, iconic King Street, The Citadel, and Water Front Park.

A special Shrimp and Grits 5 K race kicks off at 8:30 am in North Charleston. Both races finish at Firefly Distillery! This event is family-friendly and welcomes walkers and runners of all abilities. Bands are stationed throughout the course to keep folks grooving and motivated!
