Financing Option
Many of our owners pay cash. However, we do have financing we can offer through our bank partners.
- 30% down payment / 70% Fractional Mortgage - 4.99% interest rate for 70% financed; 3.99% for 60% financed and 3.5% for 50% financed.
- This is a 10-year interest-only financing period - pay towards principal whenever you want, no prepayment penalties.
