Kathleen "Kat" Holmes earned a Masters Degree in Urban Anthropology and spent her early career in social research and program delivery. After settling in the Lowcountry she turned her passion of helping people to the hospitality industry.
Kat served as general manager of Seabrook Exclusives Vacation Rentals for 15 years before it's sale in 2021. She pivoted to the real estate sales company where she serves as content strategist and manages the social media accounts for PHE.
