Kiawah Island Club Membership – Social
The Social Membership to the Kiawah Island Club entitles the Member and his / her family to use all facilities at the River Course, Cassique Clubhouse, The River Course Clubhouse, as well as the Club's Sports Pavilion, and Sasanqua Spa.
During the initial year, Social members may play without tennis court fees in accordance with the Club's Rules and Regulations.
How much does a Kiawah Island Club Social Membership Cost?
- Initiation deposit of $85,000 is due upon submitting application; 50% refundable.
- Monthly Dues - $1,300 resident / $1,120 non-resident
Effective June 1, 2025, membership deposit amounts will increase to $120,000; 50% refundable. Any property under contract by May 31, 2025 will be grandfathered into the current deposit structure — as long as the closing occurs by July 31, 2025.
