The Cape Construction Update

The construction team at The Cape on Kiawah is making remarkable progress as we enter 2024. Hardscape and landscape installation is underway at Buildings 1 & 6, and driveways and curbs are taking shape for these oceanfront buildings.

At the new "Cape Club" beach club, the pool deck installation is in progress, expected to be completed in the next ~30 days. Following that, framing of the pool deck stairs and elevator installations will commence.

The internal punch process has started for Phase 1 owners, and closing communications are being initiated. Phase 1 is scheduled for delivery in Q1, with Phase 2 still on track for completion in Q2 of 2024!

Where is The Cape on Kiawah Island?

Kiawah’s newest and most luxurious condominium development occupies a pristine parcel of the coveted beachfront in the West Beach area.

Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Kiawah River, residents enjoy captivating views of the ocean, the river, and native marshland.

It is the most westerly development on Kiawah Island, privately situated next to Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club & Residences.

Description of Residences at The Cape

Seventy-eight oceanside residences make up this luxury enclave. Each residence is thoughtfully designed and crafted with sustainable materials that reflect the ethos of the stunning Lowcountry landscape.

Cape on Kiawah West Beach

Generously sized and situated to maximize views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies, two-bedroom units start at just over 1,900 square feet of living space.

Three-bedroom residences feature up to 2,576 of interior living. While the four-bedroom condominiums are over 3,500 square feet. A coveted 2 bedroom penthouse maximizes views with wrap-around terraces, creating a seamless transition from the 1,933 square-foot interior to your outdoor oasis.

Taking inspiration from the surrounding landscape, Cortney Bishop Design curated interior appointments such as shiplap ceilings with wood beams, warm-toned wood flooring, and floor-to-ceiling windows welcoming in natural light that flows organically through the open design floor plan.

Gourmet kitchens and spa-like baths provide an elevated living experience, making The Cape at Kiawah Island a year round residence option.
