• About the event
  Now in its 41st year, the Fleming Open is a USTA/ITF senior tournament drawing 300+ players nationwide. It features National Level-3/ITF singles & doubles (ages 30–80) and a USTA National Level-1/ITF mixed doubles championship (ages 40–80). Expect top-tier play, signature Lowcountry hospitality, and a full week of courtside amenities.

Entry & format

• 2 events per player allowed; common combos include singles + doubles or doubles + mixed. (Consolation available for singles/doubles; mixed consolation is required.) Fleming Tournament+1

Weekly schedule highlights

• Wed, Oct 1: On-site registration 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; play begins 10:00 AM. Fleming Tournament

• Thu–Sat, Oct 2–4: Matches from 8:00 AM (Seabrook & Kiawah); coffee/snacks 7:30–10:00 AM; lunch tent 11:00 AM–2:00 PM; ice cream from noon; beer truck 12:30–5:00 PM. Friday Night Party 6:00–9:00 PM at the Oceanside Club Pool & Patio with The Vistas (“Showband of the South”). Fleming Tournament+1

• Sun, Oct 5: Finals from 8:00 AM; courtside brunch 10:00 AM–1:00 PM; trophy presentations as divisions wrap. Fleming Tournament

Friday Night Party (players + guests)
Cocktails & dinner 6:00–9:00 PM, dancing under the stars with The Vistas; guest tickets $50 (players RSVP via the registration form). Fleming Tournament+1

Parking & access

• Parking at Seabrook Island Racquet Club and the Equestrian Center paddock (remove vehicles from Equestrian Center by 7 PM).

• LSV parking by the pickleball courts; biking/walking encouraged due to limited spaces.

• Volunteers: park at the Lake House or behind courts 7 & 8 (players/spectators may not park at the Lake House).

• Limited parking along left side of Longbend Dr only; follow posted ropes/signage or risk ticketing. Fleming Tournament

Amenities & notes
Coffee/snacks mornings; lunch tent daily; on-site ice cream; beer truck afternoons; massage therapist available Thu–Sun (fee). Some matches scheduled at Roy Barth Tennis Center, Kiawah (obtain day pass at gate for the tennis center). No pets at the courts or grounds. Seating provided; bringing your own chair is welcome.
