About the Seabrook Island Beach Club in SC

When you visit the Seabrook Island Beach Club Resort, you’ll find plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. This tropical oasis features two oceanfront pools, a restaurant and poolside bar, beach access, and sunbathing decks with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. There is even an indoor game room where the kids can play video games, ping pong, air hockey and more. Stop by the Seabrooke Shoppe at the front of the Island Club for swimwear, pool toys, coastal gifts, snacks, refreshments, and other necessities. Then, find your favorite beach chair and get ready to enjoy a relaxing day on the Carolina coast.

When you start to work up an appetite, the resort’s on-site restaurant is just steps away. Pelican’s Nest features a seafood-inspired menu, stunning ocean views, and live music most weekends. It’s one of the best places to watch the sunset, and you may even spot a dolphin or two!

Seabrook Island Beach Club Hours

The club pools are open seasonally from late March until September. If you decide to stop by the Pelican’s Nest, there is no need to make a reservation ahead of time. There are a variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues to choose from at the Island House. Bohicket’s Lounge provides a friendly, casual environment and spectacular views of the golf courses. If you prefer a more intimate experience, head over to the Sea View Terrace for al fresco dining and breathtaking ocean views. We also recommend the Palmetto Room at the Seabrook Island Clubhouse. 2. Horseback Riding

Did you know that the Seabrook Island Equestrian Center is one of the only places on the East Coast where you can enjoy horseback riding on the beach? The center offers three miles of trails, guided pony rides, and Western and English instruction for riders of all ages and skill levels.

3. Tennis

The Seabrook Island Club is a “Top 25 U.S. Resort” according to Tennis Magazine. It provides a superior private experience for players with 15 clay courts, private and group lessons, and a full-service pro shop. The Racquet Club also hosts the Alan Fleming Championship Tournament each fall, a South Carolina Level 1 State Championship event.

4. Golf

With 36 holes of lush greens and fairways, Seabrook Island is the ultimate golf destination. Designed by Willard Byrd, the Ocean Winds Golf Course features spectacular views and a rewarding play every time. The Crooked Oaks Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., takes players on a journey through the marsh and maritime forests. 5. Fitness Center

Nestled along Palmetto Lake, The Seabrook Island Lake House includes a state-of-the-art fitness center that offers yoga, pilates, water aerobics classes, an indoor lap pool, outdoor pool, a basketball court, and a playground.
